Let's talk about a process for peer

coaching or supervision and it's a fairly easy process where you can follow certain steps.

The idea is that we have a group of people,

of which one is the so-called case giver.

This person is providing a dilemma.

and the rest of the group is serving as feedback Givers,

Who is the case giver?
