In fact, in over 150 countries, that's fantastic. We enjoyed over 2000 new members joining us in December alone. So thank you each and every one of you for being ambassadors for this profession and being ambassadors for the ICF and for the future. We always want to offer you. With that, we just open the registration for our business development series. It will start February 14, so please check out the lineup for this year. It's great programming again. A lot of it is based on the feedback we received from previous programs, so take advantage of it, take advantage of it. I also wanted to introduce you to a couple of our new staff members. I am super excited to introduce you to la kisha C. Brooks laksa. Join us as a director of diversity, equity, inclusion and justice. This is a new position within ICF, approved by the board last year in recognition of the importance of the EIJ in all of the actions and decisions made by ICF, not just for coaches, not just for ICF as an organization, but also for the profession of coaching as such.
