Hello, welcome to February and happy belated year, hiker, you know, I didn't think it would be happening this soon, but here I am, literally fifteen minutes away from leaving for my very first international travel on behalf of ICF since the beginning of the pandemic. And on one hand I'm very excited. And on the other hand, I am a little concerned. And isn't that exactly what we're doing with our coaching clients every time we want to create an exciting future with them for what's what's there and what we can accomplish and then help them with the little bit of an anxiety of how to get from here to there.

So this is what I see is all about helping you to be very well equipped coaches and you helping your clients, finding and reaching their potential.

So what's more exciting ICF first of all, we are introducing our board of directors and take a look. Please do. Because all the seven family organizations, sex, family organizations in the global enterprise, I should say, look at the diversity of those individuals, not only geography, but experience a niche. It's it's just it's just phenomenal to have such a rich and such a depth within our leadership this year.

So some of them may live in your neighborhood, so don't hesitate to knock on their door. Well, just call them and invite them to share with you how this organization really works, how the governance of ICF international coaching Federation is delivered on a daily basis. And while I did, please do thank them. It is a phenomenal group of leaders, and they are donating a significant amount of their time and talent to this great organization, which makes us a great organization.

And it takes me to the next point. And it is that we are already starting our renewal campaign for membership. So if you didn't think about it yet, please do please review our renewal messages. One of our offerings is working with organizations and institutions that establish coaching competencies within their organizations, and they are often being in competition for the prison award.

Prison award is probably quite a known brand name for you, and just yesterday I was very pleased to be invited to the ceremony for one of our prison winners from last year, Tata consulting services, and their workplace coaching program. Phenomenal initiative of training close to 6000. At this point, individuals within the system to offer coaching skills and coaching approaches to people they are working with.

So I think that he may give you a little inspiration of what you can do in your communities and also maybe to seek somebody else, some other organization that would be very worthy of this recognition at the prison level.

As you know, last year we declared very strong support for the diversity, equity, inclusion and justice, and we are happy to joined by our wonderful Latisha Brooks as our director of the AJ. And now we are really talking about more what we can do with the community. So please do look into the calendar of different events that we'll be focusing and featuring the J and make sure that you take advantage of it and make sure that you can just check it out and see if you would like to continue and perhaps recommend it to your colleagues and friends.

And finally we started another program that has specifically in mind raising awareness of coaching. And as we well know, social media is now the way to do it. So we started to life. So we we just had one program.
