个人简介（Overview）

Lin Tan于2004年成为职业教练，是新加坡8名大师级教练之一，也是全球1000名大师级教练之一。她积累了超过4000多小时的企业和个人的教练经验。

Lin Tan has been coaching since 2004, and is 1 of 8 Master Certified Coaches in Singapore and 1 of 1000 in the world. She brings over 4,000 hours of coaching experience into her work with organizations and individuals.

Lin擅长领导力教练以及培训教练课程。她在新加坡ICF领导委员会任职，负责监督教练认证部门。

Lin specializes in leadership coaching and training coaches. She serves on the leadership committee of ICF Singapore, overseeing the Credentialing arm.

由于她在国际教练行业的成功发展，2018年Lin入围ICF世界“青年领袖奖”，并成为世界教练青年领袖Top11。

As a finalist for the ICF’s ‘Young Leaders Award’ 2018, she is recognized as being in the top 11 around the world for her successful efforts in progressing the coaching industry internationally.

Lin是ICF的注册导师教练。自2005年以来，她已经培训了280多名教练，1对1指导了30多名教练获得国际教练资格证书，被授予“高投资回报率”的教练称号。

Lin is a registered mentor coach with the ICF. She has trained over 280 individuals in coaching skill sets since 2005. She has personally mentored more than 30 coaches in attaining their international coach credentials. Lin is certified as a ‘Coaching with Return-On-Investment’ practitioner.

拥有超过10年的教练培训课程设计和教练队伍的培训经验，2016年，Lin参与指导coach8设计ICF国际教练认证课程体系，目前担任coach8课程总监和专家级导师。

With over 10 years of designing coach training curriculum and training coach faculties, she directed coach8 to establish the ICF International Coach certification course system In 2016, and currently serves as coach8 course director and supervisor.

Lin的教练工作得到了亚洲新闻频道、新加坡第8频道、938live、 《Simply Her》杂志、联合早报和herworld.com等新加坡媒体的认可。目前Lin出版了两本教练相关的书籍，其中一本成了日本畅销书。

Lin’s work has been recognised by local media such as Channel News Asia, Channel 8, 938 Live, Simply Her, LianHe ZaoBao and herworld.com. She has co-authored 2 books, 1 of which became a Kinokuniya Best-Seller.
